HCFS offers a wide range of reporting tools that can be customized to fit our client's needs.
A great deal of time and money has been spent to create a relational database that allows us to track all of our patient accounts and provide our managers with timely and relevant information.
Our system also allows us to keep our account managers updated continuously, so that deadlines are not missed and required follow up data is collected in a timely manner. This ensures that our clients will be paid as quickly as the third party payor programs allow.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT REPORT
Whenever you refer an account to us, an Acknowledgement Report is generated. This report's main purpose is to inventory all patient accounts that the client has referred to us within a given time frame. In many instances, this report has provided a great deal of value to our clients as well. For this reason, a copy of the Acknowledgement Report is furnished to our clients.
STATUS REPORT
The status report is an internal report, used by our staff, that lists every patient account that is "in process" of obtaining coverage. The status report groups each patient account by category. This report also includes the account manager's comments for every account.
This report gives a great snapshot of the progress we are making with the patient accounts the client has referred to us. Although this report is used for internal purposes, it is available upon request.
CLOSED ACCOUNTS REPORT
The closed accounts report provides a detailed listing of all the accounts that were closed by the service representative.
This report lists the reasons why a particular account was closed, as well as other pertinent information. A copy of this report is given to the client on a monthly basis.
